新城 NewCity HOTEL，是由kcarvelife株式會社社長kousin Huang，從前期投資規劃到設計建造，皆獨立策劃實施的酒店項目。
新城ホテル（NewCity HOTEL）の前期投資企画から実際に建築デザイン、全部はK-carve life株式会社社長コウシンkousin Huang独自計画、実施のホテルプロジェクト。
NewCity Hotel is an independent hotel planning project developed by the president of kcarvelife Co.Ltd. , kousin Huang. .Our service including build investment plans ，design plans , construction plans and responsible for subsequent management.
客戶從初步投資意願起，便由kcarvelife參與，關於投資方式，投資預算，投入占比，經過kcl與客人充分溝通，製定了最合理的投資計劃。
隨後關於建築計劃，從土地檢測，地基計劃，建築設計，建築建造，內裝設計，施工實施全部由KCL團隊完成。最後階段完成了旅館牌照的申請，消防確認資格的取得，酒店管理運營計劃的實行，酒店LOGO與VI設計。自2019年8月起到2020年9月，歷時13個月完成了從無到有的項目落地全過程。
We have been a part of the project since the initial investment intention of the clients. After many times fully communicated with clients, through the clients investment budget , the most reasonable investment plan was formulated.
Starting from land inspection, foundation planning, architectural design,interior design to building construction, and implementation the whole project is accomplished by the KCL team.KCL also helped the clients applied hotel license, fire safety certificate ,charge the hotel management and operation plan . The hotel logo design and vi design also made by our team . From August 2019 to September 2020, it took 13 months to complete the whole process.

此項目不僅大大提升了KCL團隊各部門的業務協作水平，同時也令kcl全團隊默契度有了質的飛躍，為之後眾多承辦的項目提供寶貴的全局經驗。也堅定了為更多客戶提供在日投資全程保駕護航的信心。
This project not only greatly improved the business level of the departments of the kcl team, but also brought tacit of our team a qualitative leap, providing us valuable overall experience for more challenges in the future. It also greatly enhances our confidence in providing more people with the brilliant plans of investment in Japan .
將逃生消防梯巧妙的包裹在了建築視覺死角，大大降低了公共面積的同時，利用擡高的一樓空間。由於水泥材質給人的厚重感，設計師kousin將一樓與鄰居的相鄰墻面做了鏤空設計，利用房屋之間的縫隙種植竹子，完美的體現了設計師將古風美融入現代建築的想法。
The escape fire ladder is cleverly wrapped in the blind corner of the building, which greatly reduces the waste of public area. At the same time, the raised space on the first floor bacome useful. Due to the heavy feeling of the cement material, Designer kousin designed ahollow wall, and planted bamboo in the gaps between the houses, which perfectly reflects the designer's idea of integrating Asian classic beauty into modern architecture.

一樓空間的古董家具，搭配了水泥空間和若隱若現的竹子體現了設計師kousin獨特的古風現代軟裝設計，將古代審美與古風韻味，巧妙融合了極簡的現代建築設計風，可謂是全棟的點睛之筆。建築本體設計采用了清水泥，內藏逃生梯的設計方式，簡洁時尚的同時充分利用了土地。巧妙的擡空一樓空間設計，並結合容積率與建比率，完美的控製了2-4層的統一性並曾加出了5樓空間，斜面設計也創造了可利用露臺的可能性。
The antique furniture on the first floor, matched with the cement space and the looming bamboo, The ancient aesthetics and the ancient charm are ingeniously combined with the minimalist modern architectural design style, which can be the the finishing touch of the whole design .The building adopts the cement material ，with built-in escape ladder, which is fashionable and makes full use of the space. And the hollowing space on first floor, combined with the floor area ratio and building ratio, perfectly controls the unity of the 2-4 floors and has increased the 5th floor space ,the inclined roof design also creates more possibility of using the terrace.
施工請到了京都施工團隊，建築和空間保留了傳統的和風美，又利用現代材料和室內設計手法，結合古董家具，打造了古風新用的榻榻米臥室空間，時尚卻不失雅韻的新和風在這裏充分體現。
Grateful we invited to the Kyoto construction team be part of this project. The design retains the traditional beauty of harmony, and uses modern materials combined with antique furniture to create an antique tatami bedroom space, elegant and staylish. The new japanese style is fully appeared here.
房間內部設計更是突顯了設計師kousin的特長，利用和風結構設計，結合現代家裝審美，創造了極具個人特色的新和風軟裝風格。
The interior design of rooms is the specialty of designer kousin, using the Japanese style structure design, combined with the modern home decoration, creating a new Japanese style with personal characteristics.
小客廳更是選取意大利知名品牌的簡約風廚具，結合muji家電營造了極具日式古風雅韻審美的純現代空間。通過和門的間隔，完美的融合了現代結構與傳統結構，又通過審美統一將二者協調搭配。
The small living room uses simple kitchenware from well-known Italian brands, combined with muji appliances to create a purely modern space combain with a Japanese-style antique and elegant charm. The door perfectly blends the modern space and the ancient space, and coordinates the two through aesthetic unity.
2樓采用紫黑配色，突顯尊貴雅致。3樓和4樓采用淺木色與黃色搭配，突顯日式典雅。5樓的純現代One Room空間，讓極簡現代空間增加了和諧的古風調性，同時也呼應了整體設計。
而天臺因為可以觀賞到天空樹，被打造成了休閑區，將空間巧妙利用，增加趣味活動區。
The second floor adopts purple and black color to highlight the noble and elegant style. Light wood color and yellow are used on the 3 and 4 floors to highlight Japanese elegance. The pure modern oneroom space on the 5th floor, through the embellishment of antique decorations, makes the minimalist modern space add a harmonious antique tone, and also echoes the design.
The rooftop has a greatd view of sky tree ,so we made it as a leisure space.
